Integrative Healthcare Associates was founded in response to the growing corporatization of healthcare. Their mission is centered on restoring the human connection between clinician and patient, offering care that is personal, culturally responsive, and built on trust.
IHA needed a professional website that clearly communicated this mission while also creating an experience that felt supportive for both patients and providers.
We partnered with IHA to design and develop a fully responsive website, focusing on clear messaging, thoughtful structure, and a calming aesthetic.
The homepage welcomes visitors with a clear statement of purpose, inviting them to explore a healthcare model that centers on compassion and connection. Each section of the site was intentionally designed to reflect the values of equity, accessibility, and collaboration.
Navigation was kept simple and intuitive, ensuring that both prospective patients and clinicians could find the information they need without overwhelm. The site also includes a flexible CMS structure to support future content like provider bios, patient resources, and program pages.
The final result is a website that feels like an extension of IHA’s mission. It provides clarity and reassurance for patients while giving clinicians a space that honors their role as partners in care.
With this new website, IHA is now able to reach more people, communicate their values with confidence, and build a stronger presence both locally and online.
Since launching, IHA’s new website has helped them increase visibility and build credibility with both patients and clinicians. Visitors can now quickly understand what makes IHA different, access key resources, and feel more confident in reaching out. The site positions IHA as a modern, mission-driven healthcare provider with a strong foundation for future growth.
