Visitors can quickly find the kind of support that fits them, and booking a consultation is always one step away.
More than 20 years helping people who feel stuck, burned out, or out of step with themselves. Her message is gentle: this is not about forcing transformation.
The challenge, the opportunity, and the solution.
The Challenge
Serena called her old Wix website a junk drawer. Years of good work were all there, but they were hard to find and hard to trust at a glance. With counseling, coaching, speaking, workshops, programs, and books, there was a lot to share. Counseling is only for clients in Illinois, while coaching is open to everyone. That had to be clear right away.
The Opportunity and Solution
I built the brand and site around her own words, “From the hamster wheel to your harmony.” Each service got its own clear path under Work With Me. Short sections, warm photos, and simple icons keep it easy to read, and Book a Consultation appears at the right moments.
How it came together.
Discovery and Strategy
Two things stood out early. Serena’s work is guided by the chakras, so we wanted to bring in the chakra colors, gently and without overwhelming anyone. She also has a wealth of knowledge, from counseling and coaching to books and speaking. We had to make sure her expertise shows clearly in both the copy and the design.
Finding the Look and Feel
Warm cream backgrounds keep every page soft and calm. A rich magenta leads the way for buttons and key words, and the full chakra palette appears only in small touches, like a thin rainbow line and colorful icons. Clean, friendly type keeps a lot of knowledge easy to read.
