The Challenge: Bringing a Calm, Curated In-Person Experience Online

Schastea is a minimalist tearoom and crêperie known for its refined atmosphere, global-inspired menu, and collection of over 60 premium loose-leaf teas. Beyond its curated dine-in experience, Schastea offers tea-infused baked goods, cocktails, and specialty drinks that reflect the brand’s attention to detail and love for slow, intentional moments.

They needed a Shopify website that could extend this experience online, a space that was elegant yet simple, inviting yet easy to navigate, allowing customers to explore and purchase teas and house-made products with ease.

Every detail from typography to product flow was chosen to evoke the calm, cozy sophistication of Schastea’s physical space.

The Outcome

The new Shopify site now allows Schastea to serve its community beyond the tearoom. Customers can browse, learn, and order their favorite teas and goods for home use, all while experiencing the same intentional atmosphere that defines the brand in person.

With a digital platform that feels like an extension of the tearoom itself, Schastea is now positioned to grow its retail presence and deepen connections with tea lovers near and far.
